About the role
G Developments is now hiring an AR Accountant. We are looking for a detail-oriented accounting professional to manage customer transactions, billing, collections, and accounts receivable activities.
Responsibilities
- —Track customer transactions, issue e-invoices, and monitor payments based on contracts.
- —Prepare AR journal entries and ensure accurate posting in the accounting system.
- —Monitor aging reports, follow up on overdue accounts, and support collection activities.
- —Reconcile customer statements, prepare AR reports, and support external audits.
Requirements
- —Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- —2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a related accounting role.
- —Good knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes, Excel, and ERP systems.
- —Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and deadline management skills.
