About the role
Lead the end-to-end delivery of residential and mixed-use developments, from feasibility through handover, ensuring design intent, budget and programme are met.
Responsibilities
- —Own project feasibility studies and development appraisals
- —Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders
- —Manage development budgets and programmes against milestones
- —Report progress and risks to executive leadership
Requirements
- —10+ years in real estate development or project management
- —Degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- —Strong commercial and financial acumen
- —Proven record delivering large-scale projects in Egypt
