Responsibilities
- —Prepare development appraisals and cash-flow models
- —Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- —Analyse project profitability and variances
- —Prepare management reporting packs
Requirements
- —3+ years FP&A or investment analysis
- —Advanced Excel and modelling skills
- —Finance, Accounting or Economics degree
- —CFA/CMA progress a plus
