About the role
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, technical support, and service delivery across corporate offices and project sites.
Responsibilities
- —Supervise daily IT operations, performance across offices and project sites.
- —Oversee servers, networks, firewalls, connectivity, backups, and other IT infrastructure components.
- —Lead the IT support team, ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests within SLA.
- —Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders while supporting infrastructure projects.
Requirements
- —Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- —5–7 years of IT Operations, Infrastructure, or Technical Support experience.
- —Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking, and firewalls. Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.
