About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce professional to manage and enhance the platform while driving business process improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities
- —Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform and business processes.
- —Translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
- —Manage the enhancement roadmap and coordinate with implementation partners.
- —Develop reports, support UAT, user adoption, and provide end-user training.
Requirements
- —Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- —2–5 years of experience in Salesforce Administration, Business Analysis, or Functional Consulting.
- —Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred.
- —Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
