About the role
G Developments is looking for a Process Excellence Senior Specialist to support process improvement, operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role will focus on optimizing processes, monitoring KPIs and quality standards, documenting SOPs and workflows, and supporting transformation projects.
Responsibilities
- —Support process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- —Monitor KPIs, governance compliance, and quality standards
- —Document SOPs, workflows, and process enhancements
- —Support transformation projects and continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- —4–7 years of experience in transformation, process improvement, QA, or corporate excellence
- —Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher is preferred
- —Strong knowledge of governance, KPI monitoring, and process documentation
- —Experience in transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
