Responsibilities
- —Leading Supply Chain Excellence initiatives across the organization.
- —- Managing Supply Chain ERP governance, optimization, and reporting.
- —- Developing and monitoring KPIs, SLAs, and performance dashboards.
- —- Driving process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
- —- Leading Supply Chain PMO activities and strategic projects.
- —- Developing competency frameworks and training plans.
- —- Enhancing customer service excellence and operational performance.
Requirements
- —Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- —- 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Business Excellence, PMO, or Performance Management.
- —- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, KPI management, process improvement, and project management.
- —- Professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMO, Supply Chain, Business Excellence, or ERP systems are a plus.
- —- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems.
