Transformation Communications Assistant Manager

G Developments is seeking a skilled and dynamic Assistant Manager – Transformation Communications to join our team.

Responsibilities

• —Lead communication strategies and campaigns supporting digital transformation initiatives.
• —Develop transformation announcements, newsletters, employee communications, and digital content.
• —Manage communication journeys across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and chatbot platforms.
• —Partner with Transformation, HR, IT, and business teams to ensure aligned stakeholder messaging.
• —Monitor communication performance and engagement data to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements

• —Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• —5–8 years of experience in corporate, internal, digital, change, or transformation communications.
• —Experience in digital transformation or large-scale organizational change is preferred.
• —Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and chatbot platforms.
• —Strong skills in communication strategy, campaign management, and stakeholder engagement.
• —Strong analytical skills with the ability to monitor and interpret communication performance data.
