Transformation Program Lead

About the role

The Transformation Program Lead is responsible for leading and orchestrating complex, enterprise-wide transformation programs on behalf of the Transformation Office, translating strategic objectives into integrated and executable transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• —Develop, maintain and coordinate integrated transformation program roadmaps and master plans.
• —Act as the central coordination point across participating business, operational and enabling functions.
• —Coordinate the program management cadence, stage-gate preparation, decision tracking and executive reporting within the enterprise governance frameworks and standards established by Corporate Excellence.
• —Align transformation requirements with relevant business, development, engineering, construction and operational milestones.
• —Coordinate business, technology and operational readiness across participating stakeholders.
• —Establish and maintain consolidated program KPIs and performance reporting.
• —Coordinate pilots and transformation initiatives through structured evaluation and decision points.

Requirements

• —Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• —5 – 7 years of relevant experience in transformation, program management, strategic initiatives or complex technology-enabled business transformation.
• —Experience developing and managing integrated program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, stage gates, RAID management and executive reporting.
• —Exposure to IoT, digital infrastructure, enterprise platforms, data, AI, cybersecurity and systems integration is an advantage.
• —Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, smart cities, smart communities, PropTech or large mixed-use developments is strongly preferred.
